We ship all orders using Standard Ground shipping through our preferred carriers. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the products, the shipping address, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Delivery Timeframe:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Standard ground shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while standard ground shipping to Canada typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery.

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Expedited shipping within the United States typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping to Canada typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges at checkout.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our carrier's website.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we will provide instructions for returning the products for a refund.
